Banana Ice Cream Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • in a blender, combine banana, ice cream, milk, egg white and vanilla extract. blend until smooth. pour into glasses and serve.

  • 1 (19 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • salt and pepper to taste
