Blueberry Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 (6 ounce) container vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mango juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh mango chunks
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • grind chia seeds in a food processor until pulverized; add yogurt, mango juice, blueberries, mango, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth.
