Lexi's Protein-packed Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 (16 ounce) package silken tofu
  • 1 banana, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup milk, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar, or to taste

  • blend yogurt, strawberries, tofu, banana, milk, and sugar together in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
