Breakfast-to-go Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup fat-free milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup plain fat-free greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
