grapefruit smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 3 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 3 ounces fresh spinach
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds

  • blend grapefruit, water, spinach, ice cubes, ginger, and flax seeds in a blender or nutribullet® until smooth.
