fried scrapple sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 (1/4 inch thick) slices fresh scrapple
  • 8 slices bread, toasted
  • 2 teaspoons prepared spicy mustard

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 15 mins

  • heat the vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. cook the scrapple until crispy and browned on both sides, 5 to 7 minutes per side. drain the scrapple slices on a paper towel-lined plate. place a scrapple slice a piece of toasted bread, spread with mustard, and top with another slice of bread to assemble.
