Winter Refresher Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, or to taste
  • 1 apple, cored and quartered
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and quartered
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1 (1/2 inch) piece fresh ginger root, peeled

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Ready Time: 10 mins

  • place water, spinach, apple, orange, cucumber, cranberries, and ginger in a blender. blend on low until just combined; increase speed to high and blend until smooth and liquefied, about 1 minute.
