Brussels Sprouts With Apples

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins Ready Time: 35 mins

  • preheat an oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
  • stir the brussels sprouts, apple, apple cider, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper together in a baking dish until evenly mixed.
  • bake in the preheated oven until the brussels sprouts are tender, about 25 minutes.
