Daily Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon grapeseed oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon ground almonds

  • blend yogurt, almond milk, spinach, blueberries, grapeseed oil, chia seeds, flax seed, and almonds together in a blender until smooth.
