No Egg Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dry milk, powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 3/4-1 cup oil

Recipe

  • 1 blend milk powder, water, honey, and spices until smooth in a blender or food processor.
  • 2 mix in vinegar.
  • 3 while blending, slowly pour in oil until mixture thickens. this is somewhere between 3/4 and a full cup of oil.
